Does the Night Skin Routine Matter?
There is a strong Myth that we need layers of products to rejuvenate! We definitely don’t.
Summer days are exhausting and nights are super lazy. During the day, our skin is exposed to tons of environmental elements that build dirt and oil on skin surface. At night, our skin repairs itself for a good 7-8 hours. All we need is few basic products that suit our skin type.
Below are quick steps to rejuvenate our skin and prepare it for the next day.
Ideal Routine with Best Picks:
The first step is to cleanse away make up or dirt accumulated throughout the day. The key to rejuvenation is making sure our skin is clean so it can absorb all the good products.

This step is in addition to cleansing. After getting rid of all the dirt and makeup, we need to wash our face thoroughly every night. Exfoliating every once in a week has to be included in the night time routine to get rid of the dead cells.

Toner is the most confusing term in the entire skincare regime. Some believe toning is followed to tighten pores, some believe it scraps out the left over residue from our face, or to make our skin dry.You can totally skip this step if you have a nice clean skin. But if you are looking for a good toner, below are few options below. Just put a toner on a cotton pad and gently dab it onto your face. There are various toners available to match different skin types.
